Banana Bread with AB's Honey
This banana bread recipe is sugar-free; we've replaced sugar with 100% raw honey instead. Delicious and healthy, a guaranteed winner for the entire family!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ½ cup AB's Yellow Box Honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- ¼ cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Butter a loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Pour into the loaf pan.
- Bake in centre of oven for approximately 60 minutes, until golden brown on top and a skewer poked into it comes out clean. Cover the top with baking paper for the last 20 minutes if the top is browned but the inside needs more cooking.
- Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes in pan. Once you remove from pan, let cool for 10 more minutes before slicing.
