AB's Honey Lemon Ginger Tea
A tea full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. AB's Honey Lemon Ginger Tea will help boost your immune system in winter months.
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- 2 tbsp Ginger in Honey
- ½ tsp ginger freshly grated
- ½ tsp ground tumeric
- 1 cup boiled water
- Pinch ground black pepper
- Put all the ingredients in a mug and stir well.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to let the ingredients steep well.
- Drink the soothing tea straight away, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
