
AB's Honey Cream Filled Biscuits
A golden baked treat filled with sweet honey cream. These biscuits are simple to make and will delight the whole family.

Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 100 gram butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- pinch salt
- ⅓ cup Rainforest Honey
- 2 cups plain flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
FILLING
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 cups icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp rainforest honey
- squeeze lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Mix in beaten egg and honey
- Sift the dry ingredients twice and fold into the creamed mixture
- Combine thoroughly
- Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on a greased baking sheet
- Flatten balls slightly with a fork and bake for around 15 minutes
- When cold, join biscuits together with honey filling
FILLING
- Cream together butter, lemon rind, and icing sugar
- Mix in honey and lemon juice
