AB's Honey Fruit Cake Recipe
AB's Honey fruit cake
Just in time for Christmas, this fruit cake recipe is perfect for any occassion
Ingredients
- 180 g butter (softened)
- 1 cup Rainforest honey
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- 750 g mixed dried fruit
- 1 tbsp rum
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees ℃

Cream the butter and honey

Seperate eggs

Add egg yolks and flours, mixed fruit and rum

Fold in whipped egg whites

Spoon mixtures into greased cake tin and bake for approximately 1 hr 40 min. Check with skewer
