A baked ham is an essential for Christmas. It’s usually the centrepiece of the table.
With Rainforest honey, you’ll have this amazing sticky glaze that you’ll want to drink out of the bottom of the pan.

RECIPE (ingredients can be approximate)
· Ham (bone in) approx. 4kg
· 1 cup Rainforest Honey
· ½ cup brown sugar
· 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
· 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1. To a hot pan, add honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard. Stir until mixed and allow it to come to the boil. Once bubbling, turn heat off.
2. Make an incision 1 inch from the end of the ham bone all the way around. Remove the rest of the skin and pat dry.
3. Create a criss-cross pattern on the outside of the ham.
4. Place ham in the pan with the honey glaze mixture. Spread glaze on the outside of the ham.
5. Add to the oven at 180C (360F) for 2.5 hours (size of ham dependent), reglazing every 30 minutes.
