Slow Cooked Sticky Honey Chicken
Sticky Honey Chicken is made using your trusty slow cooker - and you only need a few simple pantry ingredients to create a pretty amazing Chinese meal.

Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken Breast
- 3 tbsp AB's Leatherwood Honey
- 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 teas garlic minced
- 1/2 Onion small
- Plain Flour to coat
Instructions

Coat diced chicken in flour and brown in butter over medium heat but do not fully cook through. Throw in thinly sliced onion towards the end.

In a bowl mix all other ingredients together and throw together with chicken in slow cooker for 2-3 hours on high.

Served with rice and vegetables on the side
Notes
If you are doubling the recipe for a larger family, double all ingredients except for the soy sauce.
