Manuka Honey and Banana Smoothie
A natural energy booster for all ages - this smoothie will fill you up and give you enough energy to keep you going for hours. And with the added health benefits of our 100% Australian Manuka honey, it will provide a touch of sweetness to give you that essential morning boost!
Ingredients
- 1 large banana frozen and chopped
- 1 tbsp Australian Manuka Honey 900+ for extra health benefits
- 1 tbsp malt powder
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
Instructions

Blend banana, honey, malt powder and milk together until smooth.

Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
Notes
You could also use 1 large mango or 1 cup of chopped strawberries instead of the banana.
