Ingredients
- 900 g plain yogurt
- 400 g Acai Energy Pack
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup of your Favourite AB's Honey
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced (optional)
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- ½ cup toasted almond
- ¼ cup AB's 100% Australian Bee Pollen
- ¼ cup flax seeds
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt, frozen banana, and acai energy pack together in a blender until well combined.
- Pour into a small bowl ready for serving
- Decorate with the fruit. Top with the toasted coconut and almonds, flax seeds, and bee pollen.
- Drizzle your favourite AB’s Honey on top.
