AB's Manuka Honey and Pollen Protein Bar Recipe
Manuka Honey and pollen protein bar
Easy to make and full of goodness. Manuka honey, pollen, with a touch of Ironbark honey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 325 g peanut butter
- ½ cup Manuka MGO 100+
- ¼ cup Ironbark honey
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 200 g chocolate baking chips
- 2 tbsp bee pollen
Instructions

In a mixing bowl add peanut butter, oats, Manuka Honey MGO 100+; Ironbark honey; hemp seeds and protein powder

Mix well

Mix in the chocolate baking chips and pollen. Keep a few baking chips and pollen to sprinkle on top of the mixture once in the baking dish

Turn the mixture into a 3cm deep mixing dish.

Sprinkle with some baking chips and pollen and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
Tips:
Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds to help with the mixing.
A warm spoon will help scape out the honey.
Hemp seeds can be replaced with other options like LSA.
