AB's Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 2 tbsp Ginger in Honey
  • ½ tsp ginger freshly grated
  • ½ tsp ground tumeric
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • Pinch ground black pepper


  • Put all the ingredients in a mug and stir well.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes to let the ingredients steep well.
  • Drink the soothing tea straight away, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
