Banana Bread with AB's Honey
This banana bread recipe is sugar-free; we've replaced sugar with 100% raw honey instead. Delicious and healthy, a guaranteed winner for the entire family!
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ½ cup AB's Yellow Box Honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- ¼ cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Butter a loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Pour into the loaf pan.
Bake in centre of oven for approximately 60 minutes, until golden brown on top and a skewer poked into it comes out clean. Cover the top with baking paper for the last 20 minutes if the top is browned but the inside needs more cooking.
Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes in pan. Once you remove from pan, let cool for 10 more minutes before slicing.
