Banana Bread with AB's Honey

This banana bread recipe is sugar-free; we've replaced sugar with 100% raw honey instead. Delicious and healthy, a guaranteed winner for the entire family!

  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup AB's Yellow Box Honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Butter a loaf pan.
  • Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Pour into the loaf pan.
  • Bake in centre of oven for approximately 60 minutes, until golden brown on top and a skewer poked into it comes out clean. Cover the top with baking paper for the last 20 minutes if the top is browned but the inside needs more cooking.
  • Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes in pan. Once you remove from pan, let cool for 10 more minutes before slicing.
