Blueberry and Manuka Honey Overnight Oats

This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings and customize with additional fruits or toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries Frozen or fresh
  • 1 tbsp Manuka Honey

Instructions
 

  • Add Rolled Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.  
  • Sweeten by topping with Manuka Honey before refrigerating.
  • Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator overnight. Best to eat within 24 hours.
