Blueberry and Manuka Honey Overnight Oats
This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings and customize with additional fruits or toppings.

- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Blueberries Frozen or fresh
- 1 tbsp Manuka Honey
Add Rolled Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add in blueberries and Greek yogurt.
Sweeten by topping with Manuka Honey before refrigerating. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator overnight. Best to eat within 24 hours.
